You must be wondering how we came up with our name. Well, I've always been crazy about making desserts that people adore. And recently, we've added a late-night eats line to our menu. We noticed that there was a real need for delicious late-night food options at weddings and other parties. And guess what? We're the only custom food truck around, which makes us totally unique!

IT’S OFFICIAL!

Since I started making cakes more than 10 years ago, I absolutely fell in love with the idea of having my own bakery on wheels someday. And guess what? That dream has come true with April's Treats and Eats! We bring yummy dessert shooters, mouthwatering late-night snacks, and colorful balloon decorations to events in the Fargo/Moorhead area. I'm super excited to be a part of future weddings and corporate events too!

And now, drumroll, please...IT'S OFFICIAL! Our trailer is officially WRAPPED!

But wait, there's more! I'm beyond thrilled to announce that I'll be a vendor at the upcoming Bridal Fantasy show. It's going to be tons of fun, and I can't wait to share in the excitement with all of you!
